Specialized on the application of digital tools to improve offline mobilization efforts, he is known as an expert in building engaging and data-driven campaign organizations.


In 2012 his company announced a partnership with the US-agency Blue State Digital – according to US-Magazine Business Week „Obama's Secret Digital Weapon".

In 2014 Philipp himself received the „Rising Star Award" of the US-magazine „Campaigns & Elections".


To establish an own European Campaigning approach he coined the Campaigning Summit and created his own method Movement Campaigning.

Before founding the company he gained broad experience as campaign manager within Austrian politics, where he was responsible for several successful election campaigns. Over the years Philipp became a renowned speaker on the impact of digitalization on organizations and campaigns.
